Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 egg
4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Mix water and yeast; set aside.
Mix sugar and melted butter. Add egg alternately.
Add flour and yeast mixture to egg mixture. Put in airtight bowl in refrigerator.
Dough is better cold or made the night before.
Grease muffin tins, stir dough and spoon in muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 36 rolls.
Dough will keep a week
or more.
