Quick Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's beef broth
    1/4 c. Burgundy
    1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in hot oil for 3 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Lower the heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
