Ingredients

6 c. sugar
1 qt. mustard
1 qt. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. water
1 jar sweet pickle relish (1 pt.)
Preparation

In a 8-quart pot, mix diced peppers, sugar, mustard, vinegar and salt.
Bring to a boil.
In a separate bowl, mix flour and water.
Blend until smooth.
Add to the pepper mixture.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly, with wooden spoon.
Remove from heat, add pickle relish.
Pour into jars and seal.
