Jack'S Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round steak or beef off rump plus 1 lb. pork butts, ground twice
    3 tsp. salt
    4 or 5 eggs
    3 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
    1 large boiled potato, mashed
    1 onion, minced (par-fried)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, onions, 3 tablespoons cracker crumbs and salt; add 1 teaspoon allspice and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
