Potatoes Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium-size potatoes
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Peel potatoes.
    Dice into 1/2-inch cubes, about 8 cups.
    Melt 1/2 cup of butter.
    Cool and pour into plastic bag.
    Add potatoes, bread crumbs and onion.
    Shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
    Line a 14 x 10-inch baking pan with foil.
    Pour potatoes in.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered until potatoes are soft, about 45 minutes.
