Apple Pie - cooking recipe

9-inch pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 c. thinly sliced tart apples (6 medium apples)
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Heat
oven
to\t425\u00b0.
Prepare\tpie shell.
Mix sugars, flour, nutmeg
and
cinnamon.
Stir apples into this mixture. Pour into a
9-inch pastry lined pie plate.
Cover with a top crust that has
slits\tcut in it; seal and crimp.
Bake until crust is
brown and juice bubbles through slit in crust, 40 to 50 minutes.\tTime of preparation: 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
