Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled and mashed potatoes
    1 egg and 1 egg yolk
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. farina
    1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape into 9 dumplings (oblong) and drop into boiling water.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Serve with roast pork and sauerkraut.
    For best results, don't use new potatoes.
