Easy Does-It Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 (13 oz.) pkg. apple-cinnamon or blueberry muffin mix
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    oil for deep fat frying
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In medium bowl beat eggs; set aside.
    Drain both cans of apples or blueberries from muffin mixes; add to beaten eggs. Stir in flour and dry muffin mixes.
    On a well-floured board roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut out donuts with floured 2 1/2-inch donut cutter, pressing straight down.
