Lemon Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3-oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
    1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    3 cups packaged biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup salad oil
    3/4 cup water
    1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 cup lemon juice
Preparation
    Into large bowl of your electric mixer put gelatin, granulated sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, salad oil and water. Beat at slow speed until ingredients are combined. Then beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13
    inch baking dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
