Creamy Cheese Spinach Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. instant mashed potatoes
5 or 6 slices cheese of your liking and/or 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. milk
garlic powder and pepper to taste
1 c. water
Preparation

In microwavable casserole, cook spinach in 1 cup of water on High for 8 minutes; rotate 1/2 way with lid.
Add cheese, garlic powder, margarine, pepper, milk and instant potatoes.
Mix well. Microwave on High (3 intervals) at 1 minute and 45 seconds; rotate and mix each.
