Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3)
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to 325\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 1/2 x

    1/2-inch) with shortening.
    Mix sugar, bananas, oil and
    eggs
    in
    a
    large bowl with a wooden spoon. Stir in remaining
    ingredients.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake until a wooden pick inserted
    in
    center
    comes
    out
    clean, 60 to 70 minutes.\tLet cool 10 minutes, then loosen sides of loaf from pan and
    remove from pan.
    Let cool completely before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
