Light Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    3 egg whites
    1 pkg. light yellow or white cake mix
    non-stick cooking spray
    2 c. skim milk
    1 small pkg. instant banana cream pudding mix
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1/4 c. shredded coconut, toasted (topping)
Preparation
    Combine water, egg whites and cake mix.
    Beat on low for 30 seconds, then medium for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
