Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower oven to 300\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes.
