Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3 c. cornmeal mix
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 c. creamed corn
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1 garlic bud or powder
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
