Zucchini "Apple" Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook zucchini with lemon juice and salt until tender-crisp. Mix dry ingredients together; add zucchini and mix well.

    Dump the filling into a 9-inch crust and dot with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
