Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. grits, uncooked
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown sausage. Add peppers, onions and celery; saute. Cook grits in water with salt. Combine cooked grits with sausage, peppers, onions and celery.
    Pour mixture into 2-quart buttered casserole. Spread soup on top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes.
