Red Cabbage And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red cabbage
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. vinegar (apple cider)
    1 1/2 c. peeled and diced apples (tart)
    fat-free sour cream (to garnish)
Preparation
    Chop cabbage coarsely.
    Melt butter; add cabbage, onion, seasonings and vinegar.
    Cook, covered, for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Add apples; cover and cook another 20 minutes or until tender, stirring every few minutes.
    Serve with sour cream.
