Meat Loaf Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    3 eggs
    1 c. tomato juice
    3 c. herb flavored stuffing mix
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    12 rolls
Preparation
    Mix meat, eggs, tomato juice, stuffing mix, onion, salt and pepper.
    Blend well.
    Press mix into 12 x 9-inch pan.
    Cut into 3-inch square.
    Let set up in refrigerator for several hours. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until done.
    Can be cooked on grill.
    Top with cheese if desired.
    Makes 12 burgers.
