Mexican Starburst Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) elbow noodles (uncooked)
5 slices cheese, halved diagonally and divided
Preparation

In large skillet heat oil; add green onion and cook until tender.
Add ground beef and chilies; cook until meat is browned. Drain fat.
Stir in soup, water and chili powder.
Heat to boiling, then simmer 10 minutes.
