Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 c. sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Peel sweet potatoes.
    Cover with water and boil until tender. Drain.
    Add oleo and mash while hot.
    Add sugar, beaten eggs, milk, vanilla and spice.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until firm.
