Oven-Barbecued Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up and skinned
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. whole-berry cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Cook onion and celery in oil until tender.
    Stir in cranberry sauce and remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and pour over chicken that you have put in a baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    I do not use the oil; I use Pam.
    The last 20 to 30 minutes, I take chicken out and add to the sauce 1 to 2 boxes Rice-A-Roni long grain wild rice that I have already fixed like box says, but I leave the margarine out.
    I then lay chicken back on and finish cooking.
    I also use chicken breast.
