Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    3-4 cubed potatoes
    1 lb. baby carrots
    1 lg. onion, cut into rings
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Place beef, potatoes, carrots and onion in deep casserole dish.
    Mix soup and water and pour over all.
    Bake at 275 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
    This is not a thick sauce; excellent served with cornbread.
