Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. non-fat plain yogurt or reduced-fat sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh or 2 tsp. dried dill
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 small cucumbers, sliced 1/4-inch thick
dill sprig for garnish
Preparation

In large bowl, whisk together yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
Add sliced cucumbers.
Toss gently to coat well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes until ready to serve.
Toss gently just before serving.
Garnish with dill sprig.
