Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    juice of one lemon or about 2 tbsp
    1 1/2 C sugar
    2 tbsp Knox gelatin
    1 C grated cheese
    1 carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice into saucepan, add lemon juice and sugar. Heat to boiling, soak gelatin for 5 minutes in 1 C cold water. Combine two mixtures, chill until thickened.
