Sweet Potatoes And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Granny Smith apple
    16 oz. can cut sweet potatoes
    squeeze margarine
    brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Use a microwave-safe dish with lid.
    Wash apple, cut and core. Cut into slices, peel and then cut into bite-size pieces.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Squeeze 1 to 2 tablespoons of margarine evenly over the apple pieces.
    Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons cinnamon over the apples.
    Stir to coat the apples evenly.
    Cover the apples.
    Microwave on High 4 minutes.
