Hot Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    4 oz. sliced pimento
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 oz. mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese (mild), grated
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package, then drain.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Add next ingredients and mix.
    Stir in half the cheese.
    Crush crackers and stir in melted butter.
    Set aside. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole.
    Spread cracker mixture on top.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
