Chicken Enchiladas Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, deboned and diced
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    8 flour tortillas
    16 oz. enchilada sauce
    chopped lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    sour cream
    sliced black olives
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix chicken, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream together.
    Divide into 8 portions and place on flour tortillas.
    Roll up tortillas and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with enchilada sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
    Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and black olives.
