Mother'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and eggs.
    Add all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add apples last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes in a greased tube pan.
    Needs no topping.
