Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine cake and pudding mixes, cinnamon, eggs, salt, water and oil in large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in carrots and pecans.
    Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing.
    When cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
