Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. Hunt's catsup
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Wrights liquid smoke
1/2 oz. coarse pepper (1 Tbsp.) to 1/4 c. coarse pepper, depending on your taste
1 medium chopped onion

Preparation

Mix with mixer all ingredients and pour into 4-quart jars. Very Good!
