Chicken Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. chili powder
1 dried minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. chicken broth
4 c. corn chips
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and bone chicken; reserve 1 cup of broth.
Combine soup, broth, peppers. spices and Tabasco sauce.
Mix well.
Cover 2 1/2 or 4-quart casserole.
Start with corn chips in bottom, then chicken, soup mixture and a layer of cheese.
Continue, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 or 30 minutes.
