Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 package yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup milk, scalded and cooled
2 tablespoons shortening
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
3-1/2 cups flour
butter/brown sugar/cinnamon
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Let set.
Mix other ingredients except flour.
When cooled, add yeast and flour, mix well.\tLet rise until double, roll.
Spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll and slice.\tLet rise until double.\tBake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.\tYield 2-3 dozen rolls.
