Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal mix or 1 pkg. Mexican cornmeal mix
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 cans cream-style corn
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased casserole at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    A few minutes before you are ready to serve, sprinkle grated cheese over the top and allow to melt.
