Coleslaw Parfait Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. radish slices
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 to 4 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion, diced
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water; blend in mayonnaise, cold water, vinegar and salt.
    Chill until partially set.
    Beat until fluffy; add vegetables.
    Pour into a 1-quart mold; chill until set.
    Unmold on curly lettuce and garnish with radish slices and olive slices.
