Ingredients

4 eggs
3 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 pt. whipping crem
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
milk to fill up container
Preparation

Mix eggs thoroughly.
Add sugar and mix until sugar is dissolved.
Add whipping cream and mix well with a dash of salt. Add vanilla and some milk, then pour into container and add enough milk to come to the marker, then mix some in container before freezing in an ice cream mixer.
Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
