Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. Pet milk
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together until tender.
    Mash cooked squash;
    add other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese.
    (I use 1/2
    c. mild cheddar cheese and 1/2
    c. Velveeta cheese.)
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly and brown.
