Tomato Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 tomatoes, seeded and chopped (save the juice)
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. minced basil leaves
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all and let stand for one to ten hours.
    Toss with hot pasta.
    Serves 4.
