Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Beat at low speed with an electric mixer just until smooth.
    Place a well-greased 3 1/2-inch muffin pan in a 450\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes.
    Remove pan from oven and fill half full with batter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 to 25 additional minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
