Piscado Italliano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 catfish fillets, boneless and skinless
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 tsp garlic, crushed
    1 bottle of your favorite Italian sauce
    linguini, cooked and drained
    1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese for each fillet
    salt and pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Melt butter and garlic in skillet.
    Salt and pepper fish.
    Saute in butter over medium heat about 8 minutes, turning once.
    Put pasta onto serving dishes.
    Place one fillet on pasta on each dish. Smother with Italian sauce and Monterey Jack cheese.
    Sprinkle with parmesan and green onions.
