Bourbon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. bourbon
Preparation
    Mix together cornstarch and butter; add brown sugar and water. Stir mixture over low heat until thickened.
    Remove and add bourbon.
    May be served over pound cake, gingerbread, pancakes or ice cream.
