No-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening (Crisco)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Chill about 15 minutes before rolling.
    Makes two 9-inch double and one 9-inch single.
    (Store in refrigerator if not all used.)
