Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. cream style corn
    1 c. sour cream
    2 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    3 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of 9 inch round cake pan with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Set aside.
    Combine remaining melted butter, corn, sour cream and eggs in large bowl.
    Corn meal, stirring until moistened.
    Stir in cheese and chopped peppers.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.
