Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 or 2 red bell peppers, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen pea pods or frozen peas
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sliced green onion (optional)
    2 tsp. sesame oil (optional)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef, garlic and ginger over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes.
    Break up cooked beef until crumbly. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions.
    Remove beef and pour off drippings.
