Three Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
1 (6 oz.) Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 small jar picante sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortilla shells
green onions (optional)
lettuce (optional)
tomatoes (optional)
black olives (optional)
Preparation

Combine 3 cheeses, saving 1/4 cup each of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
Add picante sauce and mix well.
Put 1/4 cup of mixture on each tortilla shell.
Roll up, placing fold on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and olives. Serves 4.
