Pork Chop Casserole For One - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. noodles, cooked
1 tsp. grated onion
freshly ground pepper to taste
pinch of sage and salt
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pork chop (4 oz.)
Preparation

Place cooked noodles in lightly greased individual casserole. Add onion, salt, pepper and sage to tomato juice.
Pour over noodles.
Brown pork chop on both sides.
Remove and place on top of noodle mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Yields 1 serving.
