Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breast, cut up
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    flour
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. oyster sauce
    chopped green onions
    1/2 lb. cashews (unsalted)
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture, then flour, egg, flour and salt and pepper to taste.
    (Use 1/4 cup of milk for each egg used.)
