Salsa Cruda With Roasted Chiles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ripe tomatoes, chopped into 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces
3 to 4 scallions, minced
juice of 1 lemon or lime
1 hot chile, roasted, peeled and minced
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. cilantro, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and let sit to develop flavors.
Check seasonings after 20 minutes or so.
Stores well in refrigerator.
