Pork Chops And Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork loin chops (1/2-inch thick)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can yams
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown chops over medium heat.
Place drained yams over chops. In mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream and water; stir until blended.
Pour over yams and chops.
Cook over medium heat for 45 to 60 minutes, or place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Makes 4 servings.
