Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking or regular oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat margarine, sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs in large bowl until creamy.
Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt; stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute.
Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
