Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small bottle Carolina Treat barbecue sauce
1 small bottle catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stick margarine
4 to 5 lb. shoulder roast, cut in serving size pieces
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients.
Pour over beef.
Cook in crock-pot for 6 to 7 hours or in electric frying pan with cover for 2 to 3 hours.
Beef should be very tender when done.
You can pour off sauce and freeze to use again.
Chicken, minute steak or pork chops can be used in place of beef.
